Position: Finance Accelerate Specialist

Reports to Title: Sr. Finance Manager

Department/Division: Finance

Primary Work Location: Bloomington, MN

Position Overview
The Finance Accelerate Specialist is primarily responsible for administration of various finance tasks centered around the Accelerate Loyalty Program.

Essential Functions (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.)

Facilitate loyalty program activities and accounting through Salesforce.com and Navision ERP to ensure accurate and timely redemptions for Accelerate customers, and payment of Accelerate vendors. Assist with reporting related to the Accelerate program and development of new reporting as needed. Work with Marketing and Finance stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting related to the Accelerate Savings Plan. Assist in reporting and analysis of various other promotional activities. Prepare various analysis and assist with special projects as necessary.

Competencies (Knowledge and Skills needed for this position.)

• Strong knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organizational skills, as well as verbal and written communication skills
• Flexibility in work schedule with ability to work longer days during month close and other busier times

Desired Qualifications
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; or equivalent work experience

Experience: One to three years of experience preferably in an analysis role
