Join the Global Talent Team in Group HR as the new Inclusion Specialist for Danfoss!

The Inclusion Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and driving initiatives that operationalize the company’s Inclusion strategy. This role will create impactful solutions and mechanisms to embed Inclusion across talent processes, ensure alignment with global goals, and orchestrate a supportive Inclusion ecosystem.
You will also design and implement foundational Inclusion training, enable the success of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in a decentralized operating model.

Reporting line: This position reports to our new Global Head of Inclusion.
The team you will belong to: Danfoss is moving into a decentralized operating model. This makes our Global Talent Team a truly strategic partner to help keep global coherence in the key talent topics that make Danfoss a great organization. We are a team of Talent experts covering Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Employer Branding, Graduate Programs, Inclusion, Leadership, Development and Talent Development.
Locations: Preferably Copenhagen or Nordborg, in Denmark.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Operationalize Inclusion Strategy: Enable the business to implement and drive Inclusion initiatives globally, ensuring alignment with business goals and measuring success.
- Embed Inclusion in Talent Processes: Develop tools and training to integrate Inclusion into recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
- Orchestrate Inclusion Ecosystem: Coordinate Global Inclusion efforts across segments, collaborating with leadership, HR, and key stakeholders.
- Design Inclusion Training: Create and deliver scalable Inclusion training programs for various organizational levels.
- Enable ERG Success: Support the development and growth of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), ensuring alignment with Inclusion goals.
Background & Skills
What you bring:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business, Social Sciences). Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in inclusion, talent management, or related fields.
- Experience with ERGs, Inclusion strategy implementation, and talent processes.
- Experience working in large international organizations with a decentralized set-up is a strong plus.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of DE&I best practices and global trends.
- Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive decisions.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and collaborative skills.
