Elevating Fragrance Experiences and Driving Sales Success
As a Fragrance Retail Education Manager, you will be an essential link between L'Oréal Luxe exquisite fragrance portfolio and the consumer experience within your local market. Your passion for fragrance, combined with your coaching and training expertise, will empower beauty advisors to create truly unforgettable sensory journeys for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Retailer Partnership & Development: Build and nurture strong relationships with beauty advisors and store managers. Your role is to provide continuous coaching, training, and mentorship, focusing on fragrance knowledge, consultation techniques, and sales strategies that resonate with discerning fragrance enthusiasts.
  • Crafting Exquisite Consumer Experiences: Inspire beauty advisors to elevate the consumer experience through personalized fragrance consultations. Guide them in the art of storytelling, evoking emotions, and matching fragrances to individual preferences. Cultivate long-term client relationships built on expert guidance and exceptional service.
  • Driving Sales Performance: Collaborate closely with store management and L'Oréal Luxe brand teams to achieve and surpass sales targets within your district. Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth, and meticulously track the impact of your coaching initiatives on overall performance.
  • Event Design & Execution: Conceptualize and execute captivating in-store events, both individual consultations and group sessions, that showcase L'Oréal Luxe prestigious fragrance collections. Create an immersive environment that sparks interest and drives consumer engagement with our brands. Analyze event results to optimize future activations and maximize impact.
  • Curriculum Integration & Digital Adoption: Seamlessly integrate L'Oréal Luxe fragrance training curriculum and champion the adoption of our digital training platform among retail beauty advisors. Ensure consistent delivery of brand messaging and expert consultation techniques across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Olfactory Expertise & Innovation: Remain at the forefront of fragrance trends, ingredient knowledge, and industry best practices. Share your passion and expertise with beauty advisors, keeping them inspired and informed about the ever-evolving world of fragrance.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Partner closely with the Nordic Category & Brand Lead for Fragrance, the Retail Education team, and the Danish Sales Field team. Ensure seamless alignment and maximize the impact of training and education initiatives. Provide insightful reports on key performance indicators and offer strategic recommendations to optimize retail performance.

Your Profile:

  • Fragrance Expertise: Extensive experience within the fragrance industry with a profound understanding of fragrance families, notes, and construction. Proven ability to articulate fragrance profiles and guide consumers through olfactory experiences.
  • Coaching & Mentoring Prowess: Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and inspire individuals to elevate their skills and achieve peak performance. A passion for developing talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Consumer-Centric Approach: A genuine passion for creating exceptional consumer experiences and building lasting relationships. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals on a personal level.
  • Exceptional Communication & Presentation: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to captivate audiences and convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.
  • Results-Driven & Analytical: Strong results orientation with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fragrance retail environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Organized & Efficient: Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a dynamic retail setting.
  • Proactive & Adaptable: Proactive, creative, and highly adaptable with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for the world of fragrance.
  • Luxury Market Acumen: Deep understanding of the luxury beauty market and current fragrance trends, with an eye towards future innovations.

We are looking for a Fragrance Retail Education Manager to start as soon as possible. The role is field-based, and the employment is permanent.
