The Position
As a Digital Process Lead, you will play a key role in driving and managing digital initiatives across our procurement processes, while collaborating with various stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, implement digital solutions, and ensure seamless integration across systems.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

• Lead and execute digital transformation projects within procurement, focusing primarily on Procure2Pay processes, while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive strategic problem-solving initiatives to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges, ensuring a holistic understanding of the impact of IT/process changes on overall operations
• Promote global alignment of processes and system usage by ensuring seamless integration between procurement systems (Coupa, SAP) and other relevant platforms, and setting direction for Coupa integrations
• Independently implement technology solutions, such as Coupa, and manage SAP and Coupa releases, including change impact assessments, testing, re-configuration, and quality controls
• Plan and execute high-complexity digital projects independently, managing technical resources across functions and externally, and ensuring processes are optimized in accordance with external best practices

Additionally, you will be responsible for applying automation tools (e.g., RPAs or similar technologies) on Coupa and ensuring that all system integrations and digital projects align with strategic goals, driving value-creation opportunities.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have a relevant bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field, with extensive ofexperience in procurement, digital transformation, or IT processes.

• Proven experience with P2P processes in a system context, experience with integrations being an advantage
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices
• Experience with SAP and preferably Coupa, along with experience with process mapping and optimization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical content into non-technical language
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English
