Senior (ERP) Master Data specialist with focus on plant maintenance

Good master data in our ERP source system is the key factor and base for many digital initiatives we are driving, and this role therefore taps right into supporting those, such as improving or maintaining a high level of equipment data and maintenance plans, but also projects making use of AI in the near future.

You’ll be part of our Digital Products and Processes team where you, together with your colleagues, will contribute to Ørsted's green agenda by driving and supporting project work with Carbon Capture, Power-to-X, and other new green energy solutions. That makes Bioenergy essential to realising Ørsted's vision of creating a world that runs entirely on green energy. Bioenergy operates some of the world's most flexible, green, and efficient combined heat and power (CHP) plants, and our locations are hubs within the Danish energy infrastructure. As a team, we take pride in high data quality and follow through on tasks. We support our colleagues in the power plants both onsite and remotely and collaborate closely with for finding the best solutions.
You’ll play an important role in:
- creating and changing master data Objects in Plant Maintenance, e.g. Functional Locations, Equipment’s, Bill of materials, Maintenance Plans
- guiding Business in following numbering standards for functional locations (e.g. KKS) and making sure our governance requirements are followed
- being a part of our ERP support team, anchored in the business, which supports colleagues in the power plants
- supporting mass creation and changing of master data
- supporting with various, smaller, day-to-day tasks around plant maintenance requests, e.g. user-specific selections, variants, maintenance plans and many more.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are fluent in Danish to interact with our mostly Danish-speaking colleagues in the power plants but are also capable of speaking English, if necessary
- as a person have a focus on details and are willing to pursue tasks until they are fully solved
- have knowledge in a digital ERP system like SAP at super user level is important, whilst experience within Operations and Maintenance processes will be a great advantage in this role
- are eager to understand business processes and the importance and quality of correct master data
- want to be part of daily support of end users in our power plants related to the area, which includes both physical presence in the power plants, as well as request handling by mail and phone.
The job will require some travel activities as physical presence at the different power stations is necessary occasionally.
