Transaction Management and Continuous Improvement in an international environment
Our global Onboarding & Booking team belongs to the Danske Bank Asset Management Operations. In this team you will have 6 colleagues based in Denmark, 2 in Lithuania, 2 in Finland and 1 in Norway. You will be located in Denmark, in the heart of Copenhagen, where you will meet 90 colleagues working in various global teams. You will also work collaboratively with other departments within the Danske Bank Group.

“Our Role & Responsibilities in the Booking team is to ensure that Booking related tasks within Asset Management are implemented, settled and automated” summarizes Marie, Head of Onboarding & Booking team.

As Senior Specialist in Asset Management to the Onboarding & Booking team you will update, create and control transactions in Simcorp Dimension and ensure that all information received from our stakeholders is processed in accordance to agreed deadlines.

Value chain-oriented team player with change management skills
We are now looking for a person, who takes a proactive approach to work with maintaining a vigilant eye for details and quality. You are a person that enjoys updating, creating & controlling transactions in Simcorp Dimension and at the same time likes being a part of projects with participants across the value chain. You will have:

  • Working experience within the financial industry (back office, operations and investment).
  • Interest of investment products and processes.
  • Experience within process improvement initiatives and projects, including the ability to describe and document solutions.
  • Experience within SimCorp Dimension and with a digital mindset.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
