Your new role
We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to take our cloud operations to the next level. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of our AWS infrastructure. Your expertise will be key to maintaining high availability and driving efficiency across our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and improve the availability and performance of AWS cloud systems.

• Set up and respond to cloud system alerts to ensure smooth operations.

• Work with developers to solve application issues and find solutions.

• Manage application releases and patches by following clear processes.

Your background
We expect that you will have a technical education background and the following;

Need to have skills:

• Familiarity with AWS and SQL expected. Some C# experience is valued.

• Monitor AWS cloud systems and manage alarms to ensure smooth operations.

• Deploy software releases and patches, staying calm under pressure.

• Use AWS and internal tools and logs to investigate and solve issues effectively.

• Work closely with developers in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Nice to have skills:

• On-call availability, as it may be required occasionally.

• Advanced AWS, SQL, or C# skills are a plus but not required.

• Familiarity with observability or automation is a plus but not required.
