Your role
As the Chief of Staff for LEO Pharma’s CEO, you'll be the orchestrator of LEO Pharma's strategic objectives, ensuring alignment and execution at the highest level. Here, your expertise will influence LEO Pharma’s future on a global scale.
- Serve as the right hand of the CEO and a key contributor in collaborating and steer discussions with all the C-suite stakeholders and Board of Directors to define and execute the strategic agenda.
- Owner of the annual wheel for the CEO and Global Leadership team, drive accountability in the Global Leadership Team and ensure commitments are met.
- Proactively direct organizational focus to key topics and initiatives, ensuring robust tracking and follow-up to ensure success.
- Proactively adjust the strategic focus in response to emerging opportunities and challenges.
- Step in as an ad-hoc task force if and when corporate needs arise.
- Support the professionalization of ways of working across the organization and provide governance support for the CEO.
- Prepare and refine presentations for high-impact internal and external events.
- Track and follow up on key initiatives, providing takeaways and insights for the CEO.
- Drive strategic projects related to the CEO agenda when needed.
- Prepare monthly non-financial reports.
- Liase with Chief of Staff network to ensure alignment and collaboration across Global Leadership teams.
In this role, you'll ensure that strategic priorities are not just discussed, but brought to life across the organization.
Your qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field with a high-level grade.
- 5-7 years of pharmaceutical experience from inhouse or consultancy, alternatively from MedTech or regulated industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in leading analyses and creating decision-making materials.
- Great communication skills at all levels.
- Can translate complex set of information into clear slides, workstreams and is reliable in following up.
- High integrity, curiosity, high pace, and a keen eye for detail.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Your new team
You will be working very closely with the CEO, his Executive personal assistant and the VP, Corporate Strategy. You all support the CEO in every aspect of the CEOs daily work to secure alignment in the GLT and with the Board. You'll also join a team of Chief of Staffs at LEO, where you have a small community.
Workplace is onsite at LEO Pharma headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark.
