Your role and responsibilities

Our projects span markets such as wind and hydropower, hydrogen production, and oil and gas, including comprehensive electrification and automation projects crucial for the green transition. As a large system integrator, we cover disciplines such as Electrical, Automation, Telecom, and Digital across all established market segments, serving as a strong partner to major and important customers. As a Project Manager in ABB Process Automation Energy Industries, your main task is to ensure the team’s success and bring out the best in everyone. As a leader, you communicate effectively with your colleagues and bring enthusiasm to the group. You have commercial acumen and enjoy having an over-arching perspective, understanding the technical challenges. We envision that you have several years of experience as a project engineer or project manager, with good technical understanding, preferably in areas such as Electrical, Control, Telecom (ECT), and Digital. Joining us, you’ll become part of Norway’s leading project management environments, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop in the project manager role and lead innovative and exciting projects. You’ll gain insight into applying ABB’s renowned project methodology. You’ll be responsible for the project’s progress, financial framework, and ensuring that the delivery meets all quality requirements from partners and ABB. It’s common for project managers here to follow the project from early stages to handover and commissioning.
