At Ferrosan Medical Devices, Group IT supports the entire organization with systems, infrastructure, and digital tools to ensure operational excellence and innovation. As IT Project Manager, you will join a skilled and ambitious team that works across departments and locations in Denmark and Poland. Your key collaboration partners will include stakeholders in Production, Quality, R&D, and other business areas, making this a highly cross-functional role.

Your role
In this position, you will play a vital role in leading projects that are foundational to reach the Ferrosan Medical Devices strategic priorities. You will navigate territory uncharted by the organization to develop and implement solutions that improve our processes and drive results. Therefore, it is key that you are curious, structured, and can engage stakeholders across the organization as well as external experts.

• Manage complex IT projects such as but not limited to implementation of a cross-company document management system from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory constraints, including GMP-processes and system validation requirements, to meet the needed quality standards.
• Inspire and drive organizational change by implementing solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across departments and locations in Denmark and Poland.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment, understanding, and commitment.
• Explore new approaches and methods to solve problems and drive innovation.

About you
You are a proactive and curious professional who enjoys exploring new challenges and inspiring others to achieve more. There can be several entries to the job, and we imagine that you have a master degree – with no preference for a specific field of study.

• Proven experience in IT project management with a strong track record of delivering cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience from a regulated industry, preferably operating within GMP framework
• A curious mindset with the ability to inspire a team to explore new possibilities and challenge the approach to problem definition.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Openness to working across international teams and locations.
• Ability to lead and inspire others to embrace change and adopt new solutions.
