Lead System Architect

As a Lead System Architect, you will be working with designing embedded wireless systems and you are responsible for the overall quality and architecture of all our products and deliveries.
You will be working with ensuring that the system requirements are in place, system design reflects the requirements, the system elements (hardware, software, and mechanics) are integrated into one product and the system is verified against the requirements.
You will also own our development process and be responsible for optimizing and maintaining the process. To do this, you will be working together with architects, product management, project teams, project managers, specialists and customers.
Your tasks include:
- Develop system requirements
- Create system architecture and design
- Plan integration of all system elements
- Ensure that products are verified against requirements
- Ensure overall quality and architecture of all our products
- Responsible for our products are secure and compliant
- Responsible for an effective and up-to-date development process
- Coaching of our architects – helping you with upholding your responsibilities
Who are you?
- Long experience with system design of embedded systems
- Embedded Software (and hardware) background
- Educational background at least relevant master’s degree
- Experience from audio and or wireless system development is an advantage
- Experience in requirement management
- Leadership skills
- Have an analytical approach to system design
- Ability to comprehend all aspects of the system at the system design level
- Ability to describe the system in abstract views
- Ability to communicate with customer
- Ability to collaborate with team members and experts – Leading design but not dictating the design
