Strategy Execution Lead

Are you driven to oversee and lead strategic initiatives with significant digital and commercial impact? We are seeking a skilled Strategy Execution Lead to join our PC Strategy Execution team.
This role is crucial for steering and delivering the commercial outcomes of Strategic Building Blocks (SBBs) effectively and efficiently.
The Strategy Execution Lead will work closely with various teams including Tribe Leadership and Theme Integrators to ensure effective implementation and alignment across business units. This position plays a vital role in coordinating and ensuring the end-to-end delivery on key milestones and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage resources allocated to SBBs efficiently, optimizing allocation to meet objectives within budget constraints.
- Drive end-to-end commercial delivery of Strategic Building Blocks and track progress of both digital and non-digital deliveries.
- Plan, set direction and provide a holistic, long-term view of the Strategic Building Block.
- Identify and analyze potential risks and issues, implementing strategies to mitigate their impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and milestones to measure the success of the SBB.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by evaluating processes and recommending enhancements.
- Communicate progress and changes to key stakeholders including executive leadership and SBB Sponsors.
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Programme Management and with a proven history of handling high complexity projects from consultancy or financial services.
- Comprehensive background in structured planning, OKRs, KPIs, risk management, and dependency mapping.
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop and present clear decision proposals in writing and verbal.
- Senior authority, assertiveness, and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Key communication skills and the ability to challenge stakeholders and create impact.
- Fluency in English is required.
