About the Job
As our new Claim Handler, your primary role will be to guide colleagues and customers throughout the entire claims process. You will be the go-to person for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting relevant, detailed information from customers when a claim is filed and registering the claim in ACT (our claims tool) to ensure all necessary data is available.
- Creating a formal claim and identifying the problem to resolve.
- Collaborating with knowledgeable task owners who provide valuable insights and actions for resolving claims.
- Following up to ensure claims are handled and closed as quickly as possible.
This position can be based in either Espoo, Finland or Kolding, Denmark.
What You Know
To succeed in this role, we imagine you have:
- A technical bachelor’s degree or technical interest/experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in claims handling or customer service.
- Experience in similar industries is a plus.
As part of a global organization, Proficiency in both spoken and written Danish, Finnish, or Swedish is required for this position, in addition to English.
