Why this role is important to us
This role will report to the Director of Brand and be part of the Brand & Design team within the Marketing organization. It will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of global strategies to strengthen SimCorp's employer brand (EB), including recruitment marketing campaigns and social and digital presence to support position SimCorp as an employer of choice. This role will play an integral part in bringing SimCorp's employer brand to life and be a true integrator, collaborating across Marketing and working in direct partnership with Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and other People & Culture functions. Some project initiatives will have dotted-line reporting to Communications.
What you will be responsible for
- Support and help define the development of an effective, integrated global employer branding program and supporting projects, including a program roadmap, aligned with our corporate brand strategy.
- Help amplify SimCorp's corporate brand through a new and refreshed employer brand promise, differentiators, positioning, and messaging at both global and regional levels.
- Direct the production of dynamic, engaging content and campaigns that promote stakeholder understanding of the SimCorp mission and purpose both globally and regionally through partnership with Talent Acquisition Leads.
- Own global EB marketing efforts, understand and translate candidate needs into concrete activities and partner on regional recruitment marketing plans including but not limited to social and mass media placements, presentations, events and collateral production.
- Partner with the Communications team on the development of our employer brand messaging framework across the candidate and employee lifecycle to create and reinforce an authentic and consistent narrative about working at SimCorp from hiring through onboarding and key milestones throughout the employee journey.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to drive global employer brand recognition and engagement in target populations, adapting this content as needed for the career section of our website and amplify via social channels.
- Identify awards, certifications and memberships that will help drive SimCorp brand awareness with our candidate audience globally and partner with local recruiters to identify similar opportunities on the regional level.
- Work with the recruitment team to understand organizational needs, workforce planning and how the shifting agenda impacts our EB initiatives.
- Facilitate the global content strategy, curation, and development of programs to highlight our people, culture, and life at SimCorp, as well as career advancement on SimCorp's career-focused social channels.
- Develop brand scorecards, KPIs and deliver insights on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results and make targeted improvements as needed.

- Professional experience in brand strategy and management with a creative mindset.
- Experience with appropriate channels to support talent acquisition/recruitment efforts.

- Great communication, collaboration, problem-solving and time management skills to work effectively with your team and across organizational stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects across various initiatives and meet tight deadlines when needed.
- Ability to see the ‘big picture’ to create programs that work holistically.
- Familiarity with applicable awards, certifications and memberships that would help drive SimCorp awareness as a recruiting tool.
- Fluency in written and verbal English.
