How to contribute to our vision
As our new student worker, you will be a part of an international team in the Platform, Product & Operational Readiness ‘PPOR’ department, where teamplay matters.

The PPOR department is responsible for Construction and Service scope in the development framework of new turbine platforms in Wind Power which is facilitated by the PLM@SGRE Process. The PPOR Team also manage and drive the governance and support regarding the Operational Readiness Phase in the Service Execution Standard and act here as Project Management partner for Service contracts. Finally, the team governs the Global Readiness Community across Onshore Execution Regions and ensure application of best practices and fostering strong regional collaboration.

You will be interacting with a lot of the team, who come from around the world. The communication will be in English.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Improve team communication & performance processes with digital tools including Viva Engage and for instance utilization of other tools promoting collaboration such as Miro
  • Support the team with O365 opportunities including Power Apps, Automate and general new features to
    SharePoint and Teams. Including creation and maintenance of SharePoint sites and portals.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive business presentations including to coordinate meetings (prepare agendas, take minutes, track actions)
  • Supports Improvement Projects and associated business case through applying a dedicated Internal Project Management Framework.
  • Drive Reporting efforts and monthly executive reports using smart O365 Tools and take responsibility for reporting and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators.
  • Support with Fuse training materials pertaining to Construction and Service Readiness incl. editing videos, creating materials into a specific Learning Plan
  • Support with IT requests including creation of IT tickets and gathering of requirements, testing and validation of requirements for our Polarion Readiness Tool
  • Support Project Management Training & Certification Program with close engagement with participants in the certification trainings
  • Potential to take part in Lean / Project Management Training and Certification Program

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for someone who is currently enrolled at the university (Bachelor or Master’s) in Business Administration, Commerce (or similar).

To be successful in this role, you need:

  • Strong digitalization skills and working with IT applications such as, O365, Power Automate, PowerBI, MS Flow.
  • Able to work in a team, or independently
  • Excellent organization and administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail

Be aware that we are looking for a candidate, who can attend the office 2 times a week.
