The Position
As the Cleanroom Monitoring Professional (microbial monitoring), you will be a key player in defining monitoring solution standards, together with your project group colleagues, our subject matter experts, and management. Our team also works closely with other groups focusing on the additional AP processes, such as filling, formulation, wash & sterilization, etc. Furthermore, we collaborate with project groups situated across the globe, in the facilities that are being expanded.
Your key tasks in this job will be:
• Designing future standards for processes related to microbial monitoring
• Ensuring that processes live up to requirements according to aseptic standards and authority requirements
• Preparing documentation
• Collaborating with many sites ensuring involvement of key stakeholders in the design of standards.

Qualifications
As a successful candidate, we expect you to have:
• A Master’s degree in pharmacy, natural science, or engineering
• 2-4 years of experience working with microbial monitoring in the pharma industry or other regulated industry, where GMP or similar requirements exist
• A quality mindset and a drive to create the “right” solutions
• Fluency in both verbal and written English (Portuguese, French or Chinese language proficiency is a plus).

About the Department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, which is a growing area within Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to design, plan, and build all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients. We are rethinking our drug product facilities with the use of modern technology, setting the standards for the drug product production of the future.
