About the role
As a Procurement Manager, you'll be at the heart of building pharma facilities, engaging with process equipment and construction companies, and understanding the dynamics of a building site. You'll work with and learn from experienced colleagues, who are ready to support and guide you. While we are busy, we encourage you to embrace new challenges independently, knowing you have our trust and support.

How you might spend your days
As a Procurement Manager, you’ll be:
- Commercially responsible of defined project packages typically ranging from DKK 10 mio. to several hundred million on a single contract.
- Planning and conducting tenders.
- Negotiating with suppliers and close contracts with both Danish and international suppliers.
- Conducting Contract Management during execution of the contract.
- Ensuring progress reporting and contract management to secure smooth execution.
- Engaging in close cooperation and alignment with stakeholders internally and externally.
- Visiting customers and construction sites, contributing to a versatile work life.
- Implementing cross departmental tracks and process optimization initiatives.

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience within procurement or contract management disciplines.
- Education in Business Administration/Law, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or the Engineering discipline.
- Experience from a project organization within construction is ideal.
- Familiarity with working on-site with contractors and knowledge of AB18.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
