We are seeking a Management Assistant to be based in our offices on Hedehusene to join the ROCKWOOL Technical Insulation team.

Our business unit is divided in 3 geographical sales areas: Europe, Americas and Asia, Middle East & Africa and four functional areas (Marketing & Business Development, Innovation, Supply Chain and Finance).
The role
You will report to, and support the Managing Director (MD) of Technical Insulation. You will also support the Head of Europe (based in Hedehusene) and other members of the management team. Naturally, you will interact with many different functions and cultures around the world.
Your responsibility as Management Assistant is to ensure smooth operations for the MD and the management team. You are also expected to facilitate our good work environment Hedehusene, both when it comes to our offices and facilities themselves, as well as collegial interaction and social activities. You will also help keeping the team connected and coordinated around the world.
More specifically, you will:
- Manage practical tasks such as calendar management, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements and reimbursements, and other ad hoc administrative tasks for the MD, management team members and as time allows, other functional areas.
- Communicate and work with colleagues outside our own team (e.g. IT, Facility Management, building coordination board, reception, and other units) on an on-going basis.
- Perform HR and people related tasks such as office management, onboarding of new employees, and managing our internal communication and knowledge platform.

You ideally have:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- IT acumen with a focus on Microsoft Office software such as Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook, and proven ability to learn new systems and quickly utilize them.
- Business level English skills, both written and verbal.
