We are looking for a New Product Development (NPD) Project Manager to lead the development of the next Innovative food-analysis solution within our Grain and Feed segments.
The Job
As NPD Project Manager in R&D Programs you will be responsible for NPD projects that develop new instruments and solutions for food analysis that are fast, dedicated and easy-to-use. The projects involve hardware and software development, digital integration, prototyping, product certification and Production setup.
You will be working from FOSS Innovation Center in Hillerød, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, customers, partners and FOSS’ Sales and Service Subsidiaries spread across the globe.
You will be involved in the entire NPD process from the early concept phase, through instrument development and customer trials to market implementation, and thus be driving the project and the team through:
- Customer requirements, user experience and product specifications
- Scoping, planning gate deliveries, budget- and risk management
- Stakeholder management and communication in an agile setup
- Support product launch and market implementation
Qualifications
As NPD Project Manager you will be working across the organization, coordinating R&D, Sales, Marketing, Service and Production & Supply Chain, including our subsidiaries across the globe. You have a strong feel for stakeholder management, and you know that facilitation and nurturing a good collaboration are absolute prerequisites to succeed. We expect that you have:
- Project Manager (5+ years) experience in larger complex organizations and integrated Hardware and Software projects with a stage gate model
- Strong technical/scientific background as Engineer, MSc or PhD
- Business acumen
- Strong facilitator skills being a good communicator with a desire to nurture good collaborations
