IT Product Owner - Global Access Management

Join us in this role where you’ll establish a new team helping the business succeed and be secure by translating physical security and regulatory requirements into our Access Card management platform. As part of the Access Card Management team, you’ll interact with all parts of the organisation, across many countries and cultures.

You’ll be part of our Access Card Management team where you, together with your colleagues around the globe, will form part of the Digital Workplace Product line. We implement, maintain, and operate the Access Card Management solutions, security best practices, guidelines, and blueprints. You’ll be engaging with the business units and our global IT and OT organisations in terms of their requirements or security concerns of regulators, partners, and clients. As a team, we focus on embracing learning opportunities and care for each other’s development. We trust and respect each other which enables us to work efficiently and develop high value solutions.
You’ll play an important role in:
- building and maintaining a product strategy for Access Card Management: collaborating with IT leaders, business stakeholders and internal customers to set the direction and provide effective solutions
- balancing customers’ needs and operational efficiency with information security and regulatory requirements
- building strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating discussions about Access Management and physical security guidelines and implementations, navigating priorities, translating technology into business benefits, discussing enhancements and aligning on objectives
- managing product backlogs: turning access governance strategy into a transparent backlog and roadmap that will enable deliveries by the product team
- managing collaboration and contracts with vendors
- ensuring product adoption, building customer awareness, knowledge, and satisfaction.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have proven experience as a product owner or from a similar role with a focus on physical security projects
- have solid understanding of operating and building IT solutions in close collaboration with business stakeholders within a global enterprise context
- demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams
- are strong in working with multiple stakeholders on various levels in the organisation, navigating priorities, aligning roadmaps and dependencies, facilitating dialogues with experts and senior leaders
- have practice in building strategies, roadmaps and defining outcomes
- build team engagement through empowerment and collaboration.
