Leader of QHSE & Support Department

Ørsted

Join us in this role where you’ll take part in building our position as a leader in the green transition. We are looking for someone who can both strategically and hands-on develop the QHSE area with competent and committed colleagues who will support you along the way.

Welcome to Infrastructure Assets
You’ll be part of Asset Excellence where you, together with your colleagues, will shape our cross-functional approach for our Infrastructure Assets business, consisting of our Onshore and Offshore Oil & Gas Operations as well as Asset Owners. As a team, we are motivated by strong relations, an open and trustworthy working culture, and we are embracing opportunities as well as diverse teams and talent development.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • evaluating, facilitating and follow up of Audits & Management Reviews based on our certifications and risk based approach
  • acting as contact person to relevant Authorities & Municipalities to support our daily operation and ad-hoc tasks
  • developing a project quality approach that enables our on-going projects through relevant quality activities during different phases, such as design, procurement, and execution
  • guiding regular reporting tasks within the support area.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have a positive mindset and a "go-do" attitude
  • like working in an industry that balances the daily operations & the upcoming need for change to support the green transition
  • generally, enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders and are reckoned as approachable
  • independently can drive relevant strategies and implementation within QHSE related topics
  • are supportive and take in new challenges
  • have preferably, but not necessarily, experience with authority contact or other relevant experience from the Oil & Gas industry.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
