Process and Manufacturing Engineer

We are now looking for a Process and Manufacturing Engineer to optimize and drive our production processes, from assembly to testing and painting, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Master Data: Create, optimize, and maintain production data in our ERP system. Develop and maintain work instructions for production.
- Specify New Production Equipment: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers. Specify new production equipment, including investment documentation. Define optimal process times and locate bottlenecks in production. Manage projects related to new equipment and technology development for assembly, machining, testing, and painting.
- Maintain Production Equipment: Perform calibration checks, plan downtime, and evaluate production equipment.
- Production Support: Plan, implement, and monitor improvement activities (DPTA DC). Provide technical troubleshooting for assembly, testing, CF/Rotan, painting, and final assembly. Support testbed activities, certification processes, and third-party testing.
- Contribute to outside operations and support production planning.
Key Professional Competencies:
- Regularly update and maintain accurate master data across all operational functions.
- Lead and implement projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and specifications are adhered to.
- Streamline processes across assembly, testing, painting, and final assembly to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and delivery performance, minimizing delays and optimizing testing and painting processes.
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to reduce quality errors and claims, safeguarding product integrity.
Key Personal Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly and machining technology.
- Knowledge of noise and vibration testing and calculations.
- Experience testing pumps according to ISO standards.
- Familiarity with painting processes and associated standards.
