Senior Group Financial Specialist

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:

• The consolidated financial statements and annual reporting for the Terma Group (read more here)
• Validation of CSRD measurement points
• M&A and PPA allocation
• Calculation of tax for the year and corporate tax return for the Terma Group
• Monitoring compliance with evolving financial regulations
• Support to quarterly reporting to the Foundation and Board
• Audit planning and preparation of audit documentation
• Implementation of CaseWare and IFS consolidation tool
• Managing DK tax reporting and compliance, including annual returns.

Qualifications
Your qualifications are:

• A candidate master’s degree in auditing (CMA), and maybe you are public certified accountant but that is not a requirement.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within auditing, taxes, consolidated financial statements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel and reporting.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experienced in working with Danish and IFRS standards and requirements to Financial Statements
• Excellent Danish and English skills verbal and written.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and you find it natural to build relationships with both stakeholders and team members. You communicate clear and professional across international teams e.g. when you present financial information to stakeholders and deliver financial updates to senior management. You are open to other business cultures, and you know how to behave professionally towards them.

Moreover, you are goal oriented, you have high integrity, and you feel responsible in relation to meet deadlines. You thrive in a busy working day with numerous parallel activities, and at the same time you are well-structured at a detailed level. You can manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently, especially during reporting cycles and audits.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defense Intelligence Service. This entails that candidate, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.
