Be a key contributor in enhancing our processes
Your mission as our Business Process Analyst will be to support and improve the way we operate. You will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders to drive hands-on process development, establishing a foundation for standardisation and automation that enhances our operational efficiency. Your insights will guide us in refining our processes and leveraging automation to drive impactful change.
More specifically, you will:
- analyse and propose improvements to business processes and align them with international standards
- create process maps and workflow diagrams to illustrate operations
- develop and implement changes while monitoring their impact
- collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team and gather stakeholder insights to refine designs
- engage in project management tasks, including stakeholder management and planning.
Leveraging data analysis to drive efficiency
Success in this role involves creating clear documentation, implementing changes effectively and identifying ways to eliminate inefficiencies. Therefore, we seek a colleague with a blend of skills and experience for our BPM team who ideally possesses:
- at least 3 years of BPM experience and who is familiar with BPMN, ISO compliance and quality management
- knowledge of the CMMI model framework and experience with process and enterprise architecture tools
- a basic understanding of project management methodologies
- an independent work style and proactive approach, along with strong attention to detail and communication skills
- fluency in Danish and English, with an international mindset.
