As the Operation Planning Leader, you’ll lead the development and refinement of project schedules, ensuring our projects are executed with precision and efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams (Project Directors, Procurement Managers, Financial Controllers), optimize resource allocation, and much more.
Your responsibilities will include evaluating and improving time management processes, developing tender schedules, managing project documentation, and providing guidance and training to other project planners.
We’ll look to you for:
- Periodic assessment and enhancement of the company's time management practices
- Promotion of a culture of excellence in time management within project teams
- Analysis and integration of best practices from project experiences
- Development of project and tender schedules, including risk management and optimization
- Management of project planning documentation and processes
- Leadership and development of the planning team
- Training and support for project planners
All about you
We value passion and attitude over experience. We don’t expect you to have every single skill, but here are some that will help you succeed and grow in this role:
- Degree in Engineering or Business
- Experience in planning and scheduling role
- Knowledge of scheduling tools and techniques
- Familiarity with industrial or construction environments
- A certification in project management or scheduling
- Advanced skills in scheduling software (OdyC, Primavera, etc.)
- Proficiency in data analysis (MS Excel or similar tools)
