This position can be based in Poland (Warsaw) or Denmark (Copenhagen).
The position
As our Sr. Total Rewards Project Manager, you will influence, drive, and implement comprehensive total rewards programs, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives and the overall Total Rewards philosophy. This role involves excellent data and insights acumen, stakeholder management, and project leadership to execute competitive and innovative rewards strategies that foster organisational growth and employee engagement. The role will be responsible for working on multiple projects, driving the total rewards annual wheel and acting as partner to the business by driving the rewards agenda forward.
As Sr. Total Rewards Project Manager, you will:
- Drive projects as part of our sustainable rewards agenda (e.g. transparency, inclusive benefits, robust salary ranges across markets) in line with overall Total Rewards & Mobility strategy.
- Run deep dive analysis supporting various projects and deliver total rewards insights to relevant stakeholders to facilitate strategic discussions and decisions on reward-related matters.
- Take part in the annual Total Rewards processes.
- Work independently and mentor/coach project coordinators.
- Finds solutions to problems arising in medium complexity projects.
- Your key stakeholders will be Global Rewards team, Total Rewards Managers/Network, Global mobility, senior management teams, HR teams, Global Business Support and vendors.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across the world in the commercial organisation (International Operations) and work closely with various functions.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, the ideal person will come with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, engineering or another relevant field. Other experiences and skills required are as follows:
- Several years of progressive experience in total rewards and project management at organisational level.
- A good understanding of HR policies and guidelines related to compensation and benefits. Good understanding of rewards principles, pay transparency, and practices.
- Excellent Communications skills - ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) in English.
- Great stakeholder management and communication skills applied in an international context.
- Analytical mindset and talented in storytelling including data visualization.
As a person, you are self-driven with proven ability to manage multiple tasks with agility and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
About the department

The International Total Rewards team is a very dynamic and engaged team, part of the global Total Rewards and Mobility Centre of Excellence. Team members are located across the globe to provide proximity business support. The team you will join is dedicated to supporting the head office of the international commercial organisation (International Operations), located in Zurich, Switzerland, through high quality sparring and projects in line with the business and global P&O agenda.
