Construction Data Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll support the ingestion and visualisation of data from the construction of offshore wind farm, train users of our systems, and assist with quality assurance.

Welcome to Construction Data & Analytics
You’ll be part of Construction Data & Analytics where you, together with your knowledgeable colleagues, will be responsible for providing offshore asset projects with high quality daily progress reporting data, dashboards and ad hoc analysis. Your stakeholders will include client representatives (offshore personnel), installation managers, project directors, project control directors, and product owners. You will ensure the optimal and effective utilization of construction data.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • helping define what to measure, in line with the relevant project stakeholders and according to contractual set-ups
  • training offshore personnel to log data according to standards
  • ensuring high data quality
  • standardising data input to improve data analytics and forecasting
  • providing ad hoc analysis on progress and performance
  • acting as a trusted advisor to offshore project stakeholders and supporting the use of construction data tools.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • hold a bachelor’s in science, engineering, IT, or similar
  • possess solid numeracy, analytical, and technical skills, as well as a good understanding of analysing data
  • have a passion for digitization and visualising insights based on data. An interest in offshore wind construction is considered an advantage
  • are reliable, flexible, and proactive, ready to develop and implement new ideas and solutions in close collaboration with stakeholders
  • have strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
  • are proficient in Power BI and some experience with programming in Python.
