The role
As Global Digital Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for implementation of digital marketing initiatives for our Nutraceuticals Business Unit (Akay Bioactives) in alignment with our ambitious growth strategy. This role will focus on driving engagement, lead generation, and brand visibility through effective management and integration of digital channels and internal systems including our marketing automation platform, CRM, website, social media, SEO/PPC, and email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in marketing automation via Salesforce CMAE (formerly Pardot), website management (WordPress), and possess strong experience in B2B marketing.
Reporting to the Global Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with a small yet mighty international team to integrate systems, optimize processes, execute digital campaigns, and analyze performance with a data-driven approach.
This role requires strong technical acumen as you will be key contributor to the overarching digital strategy of increased reach, process automation, and integration of internal and external communication platforms.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Integration of email, social media, and website marketing strategy with Salesforce CMAE
- Development and refinement of lead nurture sequences to convert prospects into qualified leads
- Establishment of workflows and triggers for lead “hand-off” from marketing to sales via integration of CMAE processes with existing Salesforce sales cloud.
- Continuous maintenance and optimization of website content to enhance user experience, SEO performance, and product awareness
- Co-development and implementation of paid social media and PPC (Google Ads) campaigns to successfully amplify Akay Bioactives’ brand voice and value propositions, effectively growing audience engagement and reach
- Collaboration with global marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with regional initiatives and global goals
- Contribute to the analysis of digital marketing performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to improve digital campaign outcomes
- Ensure compliance of digital marketing activities with relevant industry regulations and global marketing guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing in the nutraceutical, food and beverage, or pharmaceutical industries a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce (sales and marketing clouds) is strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of website management, SEO, PPC, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Experience with marketing automation and data-driven decision-making
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies and global B2B sales processes
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with global teams
