Then join us and become part of our Cards and Payments Fraud Strategy team, which consists of 7 passionate and dedicated fraud fighters located in three different countries (Denmark, Norway, and Lithuania). We are responsible for the overall control framework and drive the improvement agenda within the Fraud area.
You will be part of a vibrant and inspiring environment consisting of skilled and committed colleagues. Along with other colleagues in the 1st Line Fraud Strategy, we enable the bank to effectively fight fraud and ensure that our customers feel safe and supported.
Depending on your skills, knowledge, and experience, you may be offered different seniority of the role.
The position may be based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Warsaw, Poland or Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:
- Work closely with colleagues within the Fraud areas to spot proactive opportunities for further fraud awareness activities
- Be responsible for driving execution of existing and reverting initiatives with colleagues across the business units, communication departments and our different markets
- Be responsible for further strengthening the processes for insight gathering and execution of fraud related awareness and press activities
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience working within the field of Fraud prevention or communication related function
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Structured approach to ensure efficiency in the delivery
- Proactive and creative in finding new angle and avenues for fraud awareness
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Danish and English
We offer:
Monthly salary range applies only if you work in Lithuania from 3440 EUR to 5160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
