Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultants for Remediation

We are currently looking for Senior Business Analysts / Senior Consultants to work with projects focusing on detailed analysis and scoping in one of our key strategic programmes. Join us at Remediation, a high-prioritised division of Danske Bank, where we analyse previous errors in our processes and IT systems. We assess customer impact, ensure appropriate compensation, and improve our processes with a focus on future prevention. This complex task spans across multiple areas - from issue and data analysis to communication, stakeholder management, and improvement of processes. Our team lead, Stine, describes the department:

Your responsibilities
In your role as Senior Business Analyst / Senior Consultant, you will:
- Analyse, design, and implement change regarding issue analyses, problem handling, process updates, etc.
- Facilitate, gather, and present complex decision materials to management
- Coordinate processes, create charters, set timelines, and align information with relevant stakeholders
- Support stakeholders in establishing an overview and structuring processes from project inception to project completion
A great match
- 3-6 years of experience from consultancy or a similar in-house function
- Can handle complex tasks both alone and with others
- Analytical mind-set, with the ability to break down complex problems and find optimal solutions
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Excel
- Solid experience in cooperating across various departments, stakeholders, and business partners
- Capability to transform complex material into easily understandable content
