About the role
As our new Country Manager for Sweden, you will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing daily operations, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in establishing AutoProff as a market leader in Sweden by developing and executing strategic plans tailored to local market needs.

Let's dive into your key responsibilities, you will

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and execute the overall business strategy for Sweden in alignment with AutoProff’s global objectives
    • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages
    • Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue goals
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth execution of services and maintaining high operational standards
    • Implement processes and tools to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction
    • Manage budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control
  • Team Leadership
    • Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team
    • Provide mentorship, training, and support to employees to foster professional growth
    • Establish a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation
  • Market Development
    • Build and nurture relationships with key automotive dealers, partners, and stakeholders
    • Represent AutoProff at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
    • Lead efforts to localize and optimize AutoProff’s offerings for the Swedish market
  • Compliance and Reporting
    • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Provide regular performance reports and insights to the executive team

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Swedish automotive market and its dynamics
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Eminent skills in building high performance teams and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and market penetration
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English as well as Swedish
