Do you have experience in monitoring and controlling costs on CAPEX projects to ensure that they are within budget and meet financial objectives? Are you familiar with close collaboration with project managers and cross-functional teams? If yes, you could be a Cost Controller we are looking for!

The Position
As a Cost Controller you will play a critical role in ensuring that project costs are monitored and controlled effectively to meet financial objectives. You will have a strong track record of developing and implementing cost control procedures, monitoring project costs, and analyzing variances. You will work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that cost control procedures are understood and followed.

As part of your work track, we expect the following content to be included:

• Develop and implement cost control procedures to ensure that project costs are tracked and monitored effectively.
• Financial partnering to Project Director and Work Package Owners.
• Establish and maintain project budgets on equipment cost, engineering cost and owner's cost.
• Monitor project costs and analyze variances to identify areas of over/under spending, specifically related to committed equipment cost, actual engineering cost and actual owner's cost.
• Prepare data input for monthly cost reporting to site projects.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have the following:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Between 3 - 5 years of experience in cost control or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools and practices.
• Knowledge of cost control best practices and standards, financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost analysis and forecasting.
• Understanding of CAPEX projects would be considered as advantage.

As a person you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You are highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team are also important.

Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients.
