The Position
We are looking for a dedicated Roll-out Project Manager for IT System Implementations to lead the roll-out and Organizational Change Management (OCM) of IT system implementations within our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of new IT systems, driving positive organizational change.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT system implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
  • Develop and implement organizational change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and user adoption of new IT systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address impacts of IT system implementations.
  • Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Oversee training and support programs to enable staff to effectively utilize new IT systems.

The position is a 3-year employment. Here you will be a part of the Digital Solutions team, which is a key function within the central Programme Management Office. It is composed of a team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues, that are implementing and operating IT solutions. We serve and collaborate with users across the globe within the various project controls and engineering disciplines (e.g. cost, sched-ule, risk, change, and document management). The team has a high level of self-governance, diversity, adopting agile way of working and the working relations are informal.

Qualifications
We realise that few people are experts at everything. But if you can nod your head at the follow-ing attributes, then you could be the person we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, management, business administration or similar.
  • Proven experience as a project manager, particularly in IT system implementations and organizational change management.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies, e.g. ADKAR, incl. Stakeholder Mapping, Change Impact Assessment, OCM strategy and Communication plan.
  • Between 3 - 5 years of experience with OCM and leading teams.
  • Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within budget and schedule constraints.

As a person, you have excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and to delegate, empower others, and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
