The Position
As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be responsible for execution of Intralogistic equipment globally. We have huge global projects, where we need to help the local sites, with validation and implementation of standardized equipment. At the same time we are on the journey to have standardized equipment, so you will need to help finding the right standard solution to cover our needs globally.

Your main focus will be on:

  • Driving equipment projects from idea to implementation.
  • Preparing the validation documentation for the equipment.
  • Looking in new way of standardize our daily work.
  • Corporation with our development department, to ensure we can apply and develop standard components to our sites.
  • Corporation with our vendors, to ensure they follow our schedule.

Qualifications
To be a competitive candidate, you should have:

  • A minimum of bachelor's degree in natural science, pharmaceutical science, mechanical engineering or similar.
  • 3 years or more of experience in executing the engineering aspects of projects.
  • Knowledge or experience from a GMP production environment.
  • Stakeholder management experience and great communication skills.
  • Ability to independently drive equipment-related projects from idea to implementation.
  • Project management experience and expertise in equipment validation would be considered an asset.

As a person, you have a focus on quality, have a problem-solving approach and the drive to create new solutions/ standards and challenge the status quo. With a visionary and innovative outlook, you can look to the future to help promote process optimisation and digitalisation alongside colleagues. You have experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to daily changes.

Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills to build relations cross functionally and globally. For this position, you are required to be fluent in spoken and written English. As you will be working globally with different local sites, US, France and China, language skills within these areas would be a bonus!

About the department
You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
