Ecommerce Operations Manager

We have a strong global brand position with head office and showroom in Copenhagen, Denmark – and we are currently looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to become part of our Ecommerce team.
About the position:
As an Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing GUBI’s online retail platform, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team, contribute to our digital growth, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge ecommerce strategies. You will report directly to the Ecommerce Manager.

Key responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage daily ecommerce operations across platforms.

· Develop and execute strategies to optimize online sales performance.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.

· Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.

· Manage inventory and stock levels in alignment with sales trends.

· Ensure website content is up-to-date and visually appealing.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.

· Monitor and report on KPIs related to ecommerce.

· Stay current with ecommerce trends and technological advancements.

· Maintain compliance with legal, data, and payment processing requirements.

Qualifications:
· Proven experience in ecommerce operations management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

· Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools.

· Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze performance.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills.

· Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.

· High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.

· Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.

· Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.

· Passion for design and luxury goods is an advantage.
