Join us in this role where you’ll ensure that global business stakeholders and senior management can easily access relevant high-quality reports and data in a consistent manner. You’ll contribute to implementation of data quality processes and monitor their compliance. The data domain mostly encompasses supplier-related data as well as commercial contract data. You’ll collaborate with other teams within Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting.
Welcome to Supply Chain Analytics & Reporting
You’ll be part of Procurement Management Office where you, together with your colleagues, will centralize data management in Procurement to improve our analytical capabilities by standardizing, consolidating, verifying, processing, and providing data according to best practice. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team of Procurement data management specialists and business analysts in Kuala Lumpur. The team closely collaborates with data engineers, PowerBI specialists, and business analysts located in Warsaw and Gentofte to deliver high-quality data products. As a team, we believe that leveraging each person’s unique talents and collaborating for shared success will make the difference for our organization and the green transformation of the energy sector.

You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting the implementation of governance processes for dashboards and promoting a culture of data quality and awareness through monitoring and improvement initiatives
- assisting in managing manual data inputs and updates, ensuring their accuracy and timely representation on dashboards while meeting quality, compliance, and usability standards
- contributing to the identification and automation of manual data processes, collaborating with data engineers and dashboard developers to support technical implementation
- helping diagnose and resolve dashboard or data-related issues, such as connection errors, by coordinating with data engineers or dashboard developers for efficient resolutions
- collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPIs, supporting alignment between data providers, engineers, and dashboard developers to assess and fulfil requests
- processing dashboard access requests, ensuring compliance with access restrictions and retention policies.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are currently studying data analytics/data science, information systems, statistics or related fields
- are eager to learn about data and information management and are comfortable working with large sets of data and have an eye for details
- have an interest in procurement and a willingness to develop a strong understanding of business needs, translating them into data and process requirements
- approach your work in a structured and analytical manner, balancing governance with adaptability to achieve optimal outcomes
- have some familiarity with tools like SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, or Power Apps
- thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited to engage with a global and diverse team.
