Based in Global Marketing within our Hearing Instrument Group, you will be working across the value chain - across R&D, Operations, Quality, Regulatory, and Brands to deliver protective hearing aids and accessory packaging. Packaging that is cost effective, sustainable, positively impacts the customer experience, and increases brand awareness.

Collaborate across the entire value chain
As a Packaging Development Specialist, you will join our Marketing Development team. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Development and based at our headquarters in Smørum, Denmark, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, using your valuable stakeholder skills to balance input while securing progress.
This role offers the opportunity to work in various areas of packaging development, including material selection, specification, and testing. You will be involved in packaging activities throughout the product lifecycle, from product launches to strategic projects and market changes, across our brands, including private labels.

More in detail, your activities will include:

• Working closely with the Senior Packaging Portfolio Manager and Senior Category Manager to achieve our goals in Commercial Packaging
• Actively engage with supply chain and business unit partners on e.g. design, user experience, cost, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Packaging, participating in audits and ensuring compliance.
• Coordinate design change activities within packaging and Point of Sales materials.
• Drive and maintain packaging specification and documentation processes, including material and part specifications.
• Manage the shared Packaging Management mailbox and drive our team activity board.

• Operational Excellence: Proven ability to implement and refine structured processes.
