As our new Global Retail Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing impactful training programs that enhance the selling capabilities needed to succeed for our retail teams across the globe. Collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders, you will ensure our training initiatives are innovative, learner-centric, and aligned with Pandora’s business objectives.
In this role, you will need to demonstrate a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will analyze feedback and data to ensure continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of excellence within our retail teams. Furthermore, key accountabilities include:
- Design and develop effective training content to develop selling capabilities of our Retail employees across a variety of formats such as e-learning modules, classroom content, digital resources, printed learner materials, and videos.
- Utilise instructional design principles and learning theory to ensure that the content we develop is interactive, learner-centric, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Develop and maintain roadmaps for multiple projects simultaneously, identifying priorities to meet deadlines.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the business, in both our retail teams and across our Global functions and collaborate closely with them to identify opportunities where training can have a positive impact on the performance of the business.
- Use data analytic tools, KPI performance and feedback mechanisms to analyse the commercial impact of training initiatives, communicating findings to leadership, and making adjustments and enhancements based on these insights.
- Undertake training needs analysis to evaluate capability levels across our stores and provide retail leaders with feedback and coaching that encourages a culture of continuous skills development.
- Act as an ambassador for store teams, leading by example to drive high standards and excellence and inspire them to provide our customers with a world-class experience.
- Able to confidently and credibly present and communicate to senior stakeholders, as well as facilitate face-to-face and virtual training sessions to learners.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practice in training content development to explore new ways of working and continuously share suggestions for improvements with the wider team.

To succeed in this role, we hope you have or can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in training content development, instructional design, or similar roles; retail experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and inform decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills, enabling you to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to foster collaboration and build relationships across teams.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and a passion for innovation in training strategies.

Travel: Up to 10 days of travel per year can be expected to destinations such as Europe, China and North America.
