As an Surgical Account Manager supporting Surgical Accounts in West Sweden (Gothenburg), you will be trusted to work on sales growth and customer relationship management at various surgical sites.

In this role, a typical day will include:

  • Collaborating with hospitals and clinics to ensure Alcon’s strong presence in surgical accounts.
  • Overseeing overall account management, working closely with other Alcon sales roles to maximize penetration in assigned accounts.
  • Creating equipment leads, managing service contracts and tenders where needed.
  • Ensuring smooth business operations and opportunity management in your territory.
  • Total Alcon sales performance in the territory, including Consumables: Phaco Paks, Custom Paks, and Monofocal IOLs.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

  • Experience: +3 years of experience in medical devices and/or pharma within a surgical environment.
  • Technical Skills: Data analysis, Salesforce, presentation skills, product knowledge, project management.
  • Behaviors: Strong collaboration and coordination skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Language: Fluent in English and Swedish
