With thousands of satisfied customers across Scandinavia and Germany, we are expanding and seeking a Sales Manager to drive our growth in the German market.
Your Role:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding JOOLL's presence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify, qualify, and convert high-value prospects.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients.
- Market Expansion: Drive growth initiatives to enhance JOOLL’s footprint in the German market.
- Contract Management: Oversee and negotiate client contracts to ensure mutual value.
Your Profile:
We are seeking a results-driven individual with:
- A proven track record in sales, ideally in B2B environments
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Fluency in German and English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a start-up culture.
