Be part of a global, passionate team

As global leader in coatings and paints, we are seeking for you, a process owner and project manager, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and standardizing our service operations processes. From leading cross-functional projects to implementing process improvements and tools, you’ll drive impactful changes across the organization.

This role will report directly to our Service Projects and Process Director and will be based in either our Polinyá - Spain or Lyngby – Denmark office. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work daily with colleagues and customers from around the world.

Here’s some of the other things you can look forward to

  • Leading strategic, cross-functional, and cross-cultural projects with proven business cases to optimize service operations.
  • Aligning service processes with business objectives to improve performance.
  • Designing, standardizing, and improve processes to achieve cost-effectiveness, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Applying continuous improvement methodologies, including value stream mapping and Lean tools.
  • Maintaining detailed process documentation, including overviews and workflows.
  • Owning and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for services.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Process Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in consultancy, project management, or process improvement.
  • Sector experience in Services, Technical, and/or Coatings, particularly in Marine, Energy, and Infrastructure, is highly valued.
  • Strong skills in documentation, presentation, and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a focus on digital enablement and process automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
