Awesome! But what will my new role be?
As a Web Manager in the Digital team, you will share responsibility for planning, development, and daily operations of the Dalux website. You will play an integral role in ensuring our website is visually appealing, user-friendly, and up-to-date while driving traffic, improving usability, and enhancing the overall digital experience.

Other than this, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, updating, and managing the Dalux website, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime.
• Conducting regular website testing and debugging to resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensuring brand consistency across all web pages.
• Updating and maintaining plugins, integrations, and other website tools.
• Implementing analytics tools, generating performance reports, and acting on the data.
• Continually enhancing user experience through intuitive navigation, responsive design, and mobile optimization.
• Use A/B testing and user feedback to inform design and layout improvements.

Sure, sounds exciting! How can I be considered for this role?
We imagine that our new colleague has a relevant education in Web Development, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field as well as proven experience in website management. Additionally, you need:

• Strong proficiency in CMS platforms and plugin management.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization, security best practices, and accessibility standards.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools.
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Figma, Moqups, or Adobe XD

Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience with translation management & content/ language architecture, a basic understanding of backend frameworks or database management & dynamic content management. Experience with reporting and SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, GTMetrix, Ahrefs) is also a plus.
