The Position
As a Project Controller, you will be owning and driving the financial support to your stakeholders. Importantly you will through curiosity be identifying opportunities to improve our financial performance and mitigate our business risks. We have a lot of exciting tasks on the table – this is your chance to be a part of an exciting journey.

Your responsibilities include:

• Driving the financial support and compliance to our project managers and portfolio manager with whom you will work in close collaboration.
• Delivering project controls activities in a project portfolio covering a range of simple to high complexity projects across multiple disciplines in our four Purification Plants
• Being part of a team in Business support based in Kalundborg covering both business and project controlling as well as supply chain.
• Solid stakeholder management, general cost controlling, month-end closing, budget & forecast, and financial analyses and presentations.

Qualifications
We imagine that you:

• Hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance.
• Have experience in business information, financial planning, and analysis, and/or management consulting, preferably from production.
• Have excellent command over both written and spoken English and Danish and have a relevant business background.
• Are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint and have preferable some experience in SAP and have some knowledge in project management, and within creating and forecasting project budgets/cost and progress reports.

Moreover, you enjoy stakeholder engagement, while communicating and presenting complex financial statements at all levels of the organization.You are good at prioritizing and have strong analytical skills. You are a team player, but at the same time possess an independent drive, and have a can-do mindset. Finally, You are expected to be highly structured and attentive to details while maintaining a broad overview. You will enjoy making controlling proactive foreseeing future needs from our internal customers.

About the department
You will join Purification Plants (PP) Business Support in Kalundborg, Denmark, where we are approx. 600 colleagues working with Production of API. PP Business Support has the overall responsibility of Finance, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Release, Training, Document Management, Bioprocess Improvement-Optimization and the operator students.
