Executive Assistant to the CEO of Region Americas

Join us in this role where you’ll be partnering with our CEO for Region Americas and management team. You’ll take ownership of all practicalities to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements, manage all administrative work, organise events for the department and run projects in the department.

You’ll be part of Region Americas Commercial where you, together with your colleagues, will focus on providing the best possible executive support for Region Americas. You’ll be a part of the Region Americas leadership team that set’s the direction and agenda for all of Region Americas projects from Wind, Solar and BASS. You’ll play an important role in:
- you will be the key primary point of contact for administrative tasks related to the CEO's activities. Managing the CEO's daily schedule, including organizing meetings, handling correspondence
- you will act as a liaison between the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the SLT Administrative team to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing while maintaining confidentiality. Additionally, you will work with P and C to support the functions within the Americas Organization as needed
- supporting all CEO initiatives in collaboration with the Chief of Staff and Events team providing support for Region Americas
- collaborating with the Corporate Affairs team to stay informed about CEO communications and engagements, including external board meetings and CEO preparation materials.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are independent, proactive, detail oriented and enjoy taking initiative
- can manage multiple priorities and anticipate your leader's needs
- thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
- maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact
- have 3-5 years of experience supporting a C-suite executive in the energy or related field with a degree in business administration, communications, or a relevant field
- you are an expert in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in SAP and Concur solutions.
