Experienced ServiceNow Product Manager

Join us in this role where you’ll as ServiceNow Product Manager, in collaboration with the Lead Architect and the Release Train Engineer, will lead the ServiceNow Product Line providing customer-centric, innovative, and reliable digital products as well as articulating the business needs and prioritisation towards the teams accordingly. You’ll have continued dialogues with senior stakeholders from both IT and business, acting as the voice of the customer while keeping in mind technology constraints. As part of the leadership team, you will set the overall strategic direction for the ServiceNow product roadmap including development, operation and new implementations.

Welcome to Business Platforms
You’ll be part of a newly established IT Product Line for the ServiceNow Platform where you, together with your colleagues, will lead a globally diverse team consisting of +20 colleagues located in Denmark, Poland, and Malaysia. In your role, you’ll be in close collaboration with IT Management, the product line leadership team, and senior business stakeholders. As a team, we are responsible for developing and maintaining the Ørsted ServiceNow platform as well as implementing new ServiceNow modules in both IT and in the Ørsted Business Units.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • building up a new ServiceNow IT Product Line covering a range of newly adopted modules
  • setting the strategic direction for the development of the ServiceNow platform
  • maximising value creation through prioritisation of the ServiceNow product roadmap
  • managing a diversified stakeholder portfolio through a transparent and proactive communication strategy
  • assuring operational excellence of ServiceNow platforms and associated ServiceNow modules
  • implementing a product management culture across IT and business.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have strong leadership experience in building up a ServiceNow organisation, combined with solid technical ServiceNow understanding
  • have excellent communication skills and are comfortable with exposure to top-level stakeholders
  • have solid and inclusive leadership skills, preferably combined with experience with leading product owners in an agile organisation
  • have a strategic and commercial mindset including the ability to address business demands and business benefit, while at the same time managing compliance and regulatory
  • are experienced in creating results in an agile organisation model.
