Senior Project Manager for Global Marketing (parental leave cover for approx. one year)

Join us in this role where you’ll be managing global projects and play an essential role in delivering impactful marketing solutions to our markets.. You’ll be responsible for leading project teams consisting of in-house specialists and external agencies, navigating the complex stakeholder landscape, and bringing business knowledge into the projects.
Welcome to Global Marketing
You’ll be part of Agency Operations where you, together with your colleagues, will manage projects and campaigns, make ideas come to life and be the bridge between the teams in our in-house agency. The team is responsible for creating structure and processes that foster creativity and get things done. We are a small team of project managers, but we work closely together with the account leads and creatives in our in-house agency. We support the entire business so projects can be initiated by Global and markets.

You’ll play an important role in:
- managing multimarket and global projects
- understanding the business and bringing relevant knowledge into play
- guiding the project team in the right direction, securing delivery on time within scope
- fostering creativity in a busy and dynamic work environment
- navigating through organizational layers to ensure commitment and to secure approvals from different management layers, incl. top management.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have excellent project management skills
- have extensive experience in similar function and bigger corporation
- can apply business and industry knowledge in marketing projects
- are excellent at maneuvering a complex organization with many interests and dynamics
- have a great overview and are an excellent planner
