You’ll play an important role in:
- designing, building, and implementing HR IT solutions in relation to SAP Time Management
- performing complex and critical configuration tasks related to SAP Time Management
- supporting, stabilizing, and enhancing SAP Time Management solutions
- ensuring our HR IT solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- advising business on best practice processes and technical setups within the system
- building strong working relationships across all levels and functional teams within the organization and with implementation partners.
To succeed in the role, you:
- have a good technical understanding of HR IT solutions and solid hands-on SAP Time Management experience
- are capable to work on other custom applications within the HR IT landscape
- have some understanding of business requirements, including time schemas, time systems, overtime management, wage types, absences, attendance quotas, and reporting needs
- have experience providing 2nd and 3rd level support in SAP Time Management and capability to identify and resolve issues
- have a business-oriented mindset and are excited about how IT can enable better HR processes
- are service minded with a keen eye on details and capable of adapting to the point of view of the end-user.
