The Job:
We’re currently looking for a talented Marketing Specialist - maternity cover - for our Marketing department at our European head office in Hadsten.
You’re a modern marketeer and communicator – meaning you are not an IT expert but your digital skills are well honed. You understand how to make inbound marketing work in a B2B environment – both in terms of the medium AND the message.
Your job will be to help further develop our inbound marketing efforts – from setting up processes and systems to producing messaging and content - in close cooperation with our sales and product development teams. This is a position where you will sharpen your business acumen, get to use your creative talent and learn about how marketing can create commercial results.

- Content Creation and Campaign Support:
- Assist in creating compelling marketing and sales enablement materials, including brochures, videos, and presentations.
- Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns targeted at different global segments.
- Contribute to storytelling efforts that position Hoyer as a green transition partner.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Manage and update social media platforms, including LinkedIn and WeChat, to enhance visibility.
- Assist in optimising digital campaigns using tools like Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Analyse and report on digital performance metrics to guide improvements.
- Event Coordination:
- Collaborate on trade fair preparation, including coordinating with stand builders, show organisers, and partners.
- Represent Hoyer at international trade fairs, supporting logistics and marketing activities.
- Coordinate customer events and be able to handle a sometimes hectic and chaotic, but always rewarding process.
- Market Research and Insights:
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the development of market-specific messaging.
- Internal and External Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners for content production and campaign execution.
What You Bring:
You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital strategies and tools. Furthermore, the following skills are relevant for this position:
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, and email marketing systems.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Fluent in Danish and English. Fluency in Chinese or German is a strong plus.
