The ideal candidate will excel in navigating diverse regulatory environments, managing international partnerships, and driving solutions that meet regional needs while aligning with the company’s overarching product strategy.
What you will do
Product Management & GtM
- Own the international turnkey product offering, ensuring it aligns with the company’s global product roadmap and business objectives.
- Develop pricing strategies and positioning that resonate with local markets while ensuring profitability.
- Adapt product offerings to meet regional regulations, market demands, and customer expectations internationally.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for turnkey solutions across multiple international markets.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling value propositions and ensure successful turnkey product launches.
Partnerships and Market Analysis
- Establish and manage strategic relationships with OEMs, hardware providers, installers, solutions providers, and maintenance vendors globally.
- Negotiate and maintain vendor agreements, ensuring quality delivery and compliance with local standards.
- Lead training programs for local stakeholders, like partners and installers, to ensure product consistency and technical alignment.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
- Actively monitor regulatory changes across key regions, ensuring product offerings remain compliant and competitive.
Cross-Functional and Regional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, operations, and local teams to guide product adaptations and address market-specific challenges.
- Serve as a liaison between regional teams and the product management department to ensure local needs are understood and addressed in our global development strategy.
- Define and monitor success metrics, including market penetration, customer satisfaction, and financial performance across regions.
- Participate in international Turnkey projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
Who you are
- Proven experience in product management or technical project management with a focus on international markets, preferably in the EV or energy sector.
- Deep understanding of hardware integration, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics across Europe and Lat-Am.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional teams, build global partnerships, and drive product success in diverse markets.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with experience working across cultures and regions.
- A strategic mindset with a strong customer focus and a passion for delivering impactful solutions at scale.
- Experience within the EV industry is required.
Additional Qualifications
- Educational Background: A degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Years of Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in product management or technical project management, with a strong focus on international markets.
- Specific Technologies: Familiarity with EV hardware technologies, software integration, or relevant platforms is desirable.
