Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers seeking assistance with our benefits platform. By ensuring that cases are handled promptly and efficiently, you’ll play a vital role in helping us meet our service goals and deliver exceptional support 🎯.
Your tasks will include:
- Responding to inquiries from clients and suppliers, primarily over the phone, but also via chat and email.
- Providing outstanding support related to our Benify benefits portal and addressing moderately complex questions on topics such as wellness allowances, company cars, salary exchanges, and client-specific queries.
- Sharing knowledge with your team, identifying opportunities for improvement, and continuously learning and developing alongside your colleagues.
- Specializing in employee benefits, supported by a comprehensive onboarding program delivered by our customer service experts.
You’ll be part of a team of 10 experienced colleagues and report directly to the Manager of Customer Service Operations.

You’re highly organized, capable of managing your time effectively, and can maintain focus and efficiency even in high-pressure situations. A natural problem solver, you analyze challenges, propose effective solutions, and anticipate potential issues before they arise. Most importantly, you are customer-focused and passionate about delivering exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
We are looking for someone with:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with phone-based support as the primary tool
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It's highly advantageous if you also have experience with case management systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
